Through our user-friendly online platform, participants can easily browse and purchase high-quality products, including premium sheets, comforters, and towels.

How the Process Works
- Employees/customers visit our secure website: www.southerncomfortbedding.com
- They browse and add items to their cart, just like a standard e-commerce experience
- They select your organization’s name from a dropdown menu
- At checkout, they choose to pay via payroll deduction, credit card, PayPal, or other available methods
If Payroll Deduction is selected:
- The employee receives a secure link to complete your organization’s customized payroll deduction authorization form online
- The completed form is submitted electronically for processing
- If your organization does not currently have a payroll deduction form, we will create one for your review and approval prior to launch
- On the next business day, you will receive a secure Excel report with employee purchase details for eligibility verification
- Once approvals are received, orders are shipped the next business day directly to the employee’s home
- Tracking information is sent to the employee upon shipment
- At the conclusion of your event, we provide detailed final reports along with payment of your commission
